Update 093
January 29, 2010
PC/PS2 server closure announcement
- It has been announced that the local PC/PS2 Phantasy Star Universe servers will be closing March 31, 2010. While the Xbox 360 servers will remain open and continue to receive new content, today's update will be the final one for the PC/PS2 side.
- Starting today, January 29, 2010, no new PC/PS2 subscriptions will be available for purchase, however anyone who has an active subscription or anyone who had one in the past (excluding any players who were banned from the servers) will be able to log in for the final two months and play free of charge.
Maximum Attack G+
- Maximum Attack G+ has begun! The following event missions will be available from now through March 11. (The permanent non-event missions Maximum Attack G' and Program DF' have been temporarily removed, but will return following the close of this event.)

Seasonal lobbies
- The seasons change once again in Gurhal. Out with the winter lobbies, in with Valentine's! Hearts and flowers will adorn the streets of Clyez City from today through February 18.
New items
- Casino Voloyal's exchange counter has been updated with the rotation of room decorations from the Modern set to the Sweet/Berry set.
- For the duration of the Valentine's Day lobby, BT Box will be on sale at the Variety Shop.
- Desert Arms Shop has been updated with the following new items available for exchange:
- The Naura Cake Shop was updated with the following new items:
- Bead Groode received a new special drop: Bloody Score β.
- Forest area received a new LV150-199 drop: Igg Crown.
- Caves area received a new LV150-199 drop: Chain Edge.
- Mines area received a new LV150-199 drop: Twin Grip.
- Ruins area received a new LV150-199 drop: Flowen's Soul.
- Boxes in the Kugu Desert (AOTI missions only) now can drop Vol Brothers Snapshot.
System updates
- Special NPCs have been added to each planet's GUARDIANS Branch to allow for quick transfer from one branch to another.

Seasonal lobbies
- That distinct chill in the air means that winter is upon us. So to celebrate the season, winter lobbies are now in place in Clyez and Holtes Cities from now through January 28!
New items
- For the duration of the winter lobbies, the Snowman room decoration will be on sale at the Variety Shop.
- Casino Voloyal's exchange counter has been updated with the rotation of room decorations from the Goth set to the Modern set.
