The Habirao Forbidden District lies in the islands south of Ohtoku City. This unusual mushroom forest has been marked off limits to civilians due to the unnaturally high concentration of photon in the air. The area's photon concentration has not only been known to poison individuals, but it seems to have had an effect on the native creatures, mutating some into unique subspecies.
