Previously known as Phantasy Star Universe / Symphony Sessions - Original Soundtrack, Save This World is an original soundtrack which compiles fourteen Phantasy Star Universe tunes ranging from in-game tracks to live orchestral performances. The soundtrack is performed by the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra, with vocals by Kelli Sae and Rita Harvey on several tracks. There is another PSU soundtrack, For Brighter Day which consists of three CDs (and features all content of this OST, and more). The soundtrack was recorded in several sessions, mostly in the United States (New York City and Hollywood), and one session in Europe. The album costs 2500 Yen and was released by Wave Master (main distribution was done by SEGA Direct) on September 13, 2006.

The soundtrack's opener is an orchestral piece, but then moves on to planet tracks, taking on Parum, Moatoob, Neudaiz, and Guardians' Colony without vocals. Other tracks include the S.E.E.D. boss battle, and other themes involving both vocals and instrumentals.
