Events

New items

System updates

Level caps

  • Some photon arts will cap at LV50.[3]
  • Character level cap will be increased to LV150.
  • Character level cap will be increased to LV160.

GUARDIANS types

  • Three new types will be introduced:
  • Guntechers' attack TECHNIC cap will be increased from LV20 to LV30.
  • Wartechers' support TECHNIC level cap will increase from LV20 to LV30.
  • Fortetechers' support TECHNIC level cap will increase from LV30 to LV40.
  • Acrotechers' support TECHNIC level cap will increase from LV40 to LV50.

Item modifications

  • Photon Charges will be modified so that when used from the action palette on two single-handed weapons, instead of replenishing only 50% of the max PP of each weapon, it will refill all PP for each weapon.

Graphics modifications

  • Attack TECHNIC visuals will be adjusted at LV31+ so that only the caster will see the effect. Everyone else will see the TECHNIC in its LV21-30 form.

Item drop changes

Rare mission appearance adjustments

  • The method of finding a rare mission will be modified as follows:
    • Any party member can receive a rare mission; it is no longer exclusive to the leader.
    • When a party member receives a rare mission, a message will be displayed on the screens of all party members to say who received the mission.
    • Eligible players must be in the field at the time of a mission's end.
    • Eligible players must have been a part of the party for at least 80% of the total mission time.
    • The number of people in a party will no longer affect the chances of receiving a rare mission.

Party display at mission counters

  • The order parties are displayed at mission counters when you elect to join a party will be changed so that parties you are eligible to join will be displayed first. Preferences will be set so that the order will be based on the amount of time each party has spent in the mission as well as total party members.

Player shop pricing adjustments

  • The following changes will be made to the pricing system of player shops:
    • If you change the price of an existing item in your shop, the initial value displayed will default to the current value instead of 0.
    • If you add an item to your shop that already exists, the initial value displayed when setting the price will default to the price of the item already in your shop instead of 0. In the case of multiple items with different values, the highest of those prices will become the default value.

Photon Fortune adjustments

  • Photon Fortune values will be adjusted (likely so that they do not repeat the pattern of the past year).

Mission adjustments

  • White Beast will be adjusted to further combat AFK leveling.
