About Rappy Noel
Christmas version of the Rappy. This enemy only appears during the Christmas event and can drop the Rappy Feather that the regular rappies drop, the Christmas Tree room decoration that is part of the event, the board for Rabol Rappy as with many of their event bretheren, and (at high levels) the board for the Dagger of Serafi.
