A pair of daggers made by a Parum toy company. They make cute chirping noises but can still do damage. Parental supervision is strongly recommended.

- Named after and based on Al Rappy, a rare enemy from Phantasy Star Online.
- On a seperate note, Al Tippies cannot be sold in Player Shops.
