Partner Machineries (or PMs) are floating pet robots, like the Mags from PSO, and can be found in one's My Room. Offline you will have your own special PM named Pete who will follow similar tasks, although it will not evolve, nor battle alongside you. They can be fed 99 items every 12 hours, and can be fed to this limit in one go unlike the old Mags. Every girl PM specilizes in certain kind of equipment when synthesizing, and when they are in combat. They will refuse to eat any Synthesis Boards, Grinders or Presents. One easy way of raising one's PM is to creating a new character for its initial items, put these in the account bank, and repeat. For this, Newmans are best for MIND; Casts for DEF or DEX; Humans or Beasts for POW.
An item called PM Device ZERO is used to reset your PM's stats to zeros. Although you will lose the level and form of your PM by using the item, you will not lose your money or items stored in that bank.
