Takao Miyoshi also stated the release dates for NA and Japan will be "very different". The updates are expected to be on par between the NA and JAP version even if they come out months apart from each other.

It should also be noted that these dates are subject to (and are likely to) change, as the Japanese version has been delayed numerous times. It remains possible that PSU will see a Fall release in North America though.
