Template talk:Karl F. Howzer
From PSU Cyril Wiki
Does Howzer have all these different levels? Really you only need to create conditional statements for the levels on which he exists...unless you're using this somewhere other than the mission pages?

- The extra levels are for the individual enemy drop charts, like what's here. Basically it's just to display something in the other boxes and allow for auto-population in the case that Howzer appears at another level in a different mission. Also, in the case of his LV150+ drop, this allows us to add it to the template whenever it's discovered and not have to mess with the actual drop chart since it will fill itself in at that time. - EspioKaos 17:48, 25 February 2008 (CST)
- Hm, you know, we may have to add a second parameter for the use of level ranges then. If we want to use the same template for both mission pages and for these drop charts, we'll have to tweak it a tad to allow use in both. *head scritching*
--Kit 18:37, 25 February 2008 (CST)- I wouldn't think so. The way we've always done this is by assuming that 20 represents LV20-29, 100 for LV100-124, etc. The range is just implied by the template number, so an actual range wouldn't have to be identified by the template. Unless you mean something else entirely that just flew over my head. XD - EspioKaos 19:07, 25 February 2008 (CST)
- Well, look at Template:Dark Falz and would each of those entries fit in that drop table? Like, Dark Falz would have no entries where we don't have his levels and the few levels we do have would have all of those entries in each level?
--Kit 20:45, 25 February 2008 (CST)- Oh, the bosses are going to have a slightly altered drop chart style to accommodate their more expansive list of drops so that the same template style can be used between individual enemy drop charts and mission drop charts. (See this talk page for some ideas and discussion that are being thrown around.) - EspioKaos 20:51, 25 February 2008 (CST)
