PP Recovery

Offhand?
- What's with this 'offhand' and 'DPS' stuff? As far as I'm aware the game has never mentioned these. These terms are for WoW, not PSU. >_< (Don't take this comment too seriously though) - Tycho
- They're largely online RPG terms anyway, I guess most people on PSU would say 'left hand' rather than 'offhand', but either works and is pretty obvious. Mewn
