The Photon collector is an NPC in Dairon City, located in the sewers accessible after beating three story missions. She offers various items, including weapons, armors and materials, that she will trade for Photon Drops. Some items may only be available after certain requirements are fulfilled, although what these requirements are isn't fully known.
