- This weapon first appeared in Phantasy Star Online under the same name. It is a reference to the gun used in the animated series "Red Photon Bullet ZILLION"..
- This weapon is available in the item exchange mission Gifts from Beyond.
- This weapon fires photon bullets containing a small rounded ruby. Although the bullets themselves change color depending on the element, the ruby does not change color.
