• A future update will add this item to the inventory of RSD Trading Station where it can be obtained for 1000 AMP.
• Reduces the PP cost of all TECHNICS to 90%.
• TECHNIC casting time decreased to 50% of normal.
• When used with the line shield (Shijin), this unit grants a set bonus of ATP +100 and TP +100.
