Tips for PS Perfect hunters :)
Jigo Boomas spawn in the last room of Hill of Spores, the one u teleport to in the block 4, where the clear boxes appear after you kill enemies. So the best way is to rush through the mission until the last block. I don't know about other ranks, but they spawned in rank A for me. Good luck hunting :]
