PSP:Photon art disks
Photon Art disks are items used to teach a character certain Photon Arts; skills used with weapons to gain or enhance attacks.
Expansion changes
Like Ambition of the Illuminus Photon arts can still be unequipped by selecting them in the Photon art menu, this will create a disk of the photon art in your inventory.
However, in Phantasy Star Portable all PAs of any experience level may never be sold and can only be dropped in a mission, held in inventory, or stored in storage.
This new feature is good for trading PAs to different characters during missions.
Skill disks
Skill disks can be used to teach a character certain Skills.
Comments: Need more info on the changes of PA's that can be bought and rarity vs ones found. Also need confirmation of rare PAs if they are in the psp version.
Bullet disks
Bullet disks can be used to teach a character certain Bullets.
TECHNIC disks
TECHNIC disks can be used to teach a character certain TECHNICs.
