  • This item could be acquired during the event 1Up Platinum Cup. 30 Rappy Feathers had to be exchanged to acquire it.
  • It can also be acquired from killing Rappy Polec.
  • Can also be acquired by trading the following items at The Collector:
    • 5 x Rappy Feather
    • 1 x Serafi Feather
