Nope, it is a "special drop" (meaning all levels). The other two special drops are Rappy Feather and Easter Egg. The "mid-level" drop is the board for Rabol Rappy. --Qwerty 22:26, 31 March 2007 (BST)
Hmm, I'm sure I've seen in the past that "level" drops can contain multiple items in the same level range. Oh well. Fixed it on the Drops page. - Miraglyth 22:47, 31 March 2007 (BST)
