Description

Rappies are a small, yellow, bird creature. They're a rare monster and will only appear when certain requirements have been met within a mission. They drop large amounts of Meseta and Rappy Feathers

Interesting fact: Rappies have appeared throughout the Phantasy Star series, kind of like how Final Fantasy has Chocobos.
