A spicy stew, and a staple of Moatoob home cooking. Each home has its own distinct flavor.

- Restores 30 HP when consumed.
- This food is required in the trade for Melton's Frying Pan in the exchange mission The Collector.
- This food is required for weapon cooking at (Security Dept. Drop-off).
- Spicia is a special area box drop in the Kugu Desert, Galenigare Canyon and Galenigare Mine, meaning that it can drop from any box in those areas, on any difficulty.
- It can also be found in special boxes near the end of Photon Harvest 1.
