PS0:PAs
Photon Arts in Phantasy Star Zero work differently than in the PSU series games. They are an aspect of the weapon (like how special abilities were in the Online days). Certain Weapons will have a random PA on them (or none at all). Certain weapons will always have a specific Photon Art attached. They cannot be added to a weapon that you find without one, and they cannot be leveled up. Each class of weapon has 3 Photon Arts possible to use with it. You activate a Photon Art by charging the weapon in question (holding Attack or Strong Attack), how long a charge takes is dependent on the Photon Art.
Right now this section is simply a list of Photon Art names. Eventually useful data (charge time, PP cost, description of attacks) will be added.
