Wiki Form, Tails theories

-This is somewhat poor form for a wiki article. Furthermore, I've never heard of this claim before. Buff Levelling Fix
- I see this got added to the article. Since people are arguing about whether this exploit is fixed or not on other boards, I'm going to have to ask whoever added this to show some evidence, I'm afraid. Separation?
