• Currently available only on the Japanese PC servers.
• Can be obtained by earning the title "Transcendental Guardian" (earn 200 titles).
• This weapon is account-bound, so it cannot be dropped, traded or sold on the player market.
• Can be obtained at random by playing the Stamp Shop lottery.
