- Mfr.: Use G, T or K to identify the manufacturer.
- Grade: Use C, B, A, S or S2 to identify the grade.
- Ver.: Use AOTI or AOTI GAC to the game version.
- Attribute: If the attribute's effect does not auto-populate, enter the effect in this field using one of the following terms: Burn, Lower ATP, Freeze, Lower DFP, Shock, Lower ATA/EVP, Poison, Stun, Silence, Sleep, HP steal, HP affects pwr., Infection or Confuse.
- Attribute LV: If the attribute's effect level does not auto-populate, enter the level in this field using a single numeral. (LV can be omitted, as the template will generate it automatically.)
- Bullet type: If the RCSM's bullet type does not auto-populate, enter the type of bullet it has in this field. Use one of the following terms: 1 shot, 2 shots, 3 shots, 4 shots, 5 shots, 2 spread, 3 spread, 4 spread or Laser.
