(A replica of a GRM product, preferred by rogues. Though it uses an old reactor, it should be quite formidable after being upgraded.)

• This whip currently is available only on the Japanese PC/PS2 servers.
• This whip can inflict lower ATP LV2.
• Drops with a random element and attribute percent.
