A ceremonial object with roots in "owarai," an aspect of newman culture. Its attack does little physical damage.

- Owarai (お笑い) is a Japanese term that refers to comedy shows, often slapstick, such as those seen on television.
- Harisen (張り扇) is a common prop in Japanese comedies.
- This weapon is simply known as Harisen (ハリセン) on the Japanese version of PSU.
- Has a Casino Voloyal equivalent, Harisen Battle Fan/C, which can be traded for 01.
