Plasma balls are items that, when used in certain combinations, allow access to certain bosses in the Winter Mission Carnival mission Charged Puzzle. There are two types of plasma balls: hearts and roses. Hearts are identified with letters (A-G) while roses use numbers (1-4).

Hearts

A - At the end of Shock Shot, shoot the button on the wall (it will turn green) and this plasma ball will appear.

B - When walking through the curved hallways in Ice Blast (you make a right then left), go through the wall forcing you to make a left.

B (alternate) - This one is located under the stairs in Flame Blast.

C - Quake Blast, in the last room on the left side, very back.

D - In the last room of Shock Staff, there is a wall by the boxes that you can walk through.

E - Currently not available. Supposed to be obtained in upcoming mission Mirror Strike.

F - Same room as above in the middle of the room

Roses
