I have no idea what this means. Not only have I used Paradi Cataract to open a field full of clear boxes (ie no enemies around to hit) but none of the other SUV pages mention anything about this. Instead, it appears the total number of targets is limited and it will skip boxes if there are too many enemies. (Pertaining to the US PC version anyway...)
