Just a note about the area name
- Obviously 'Old Rozenom City' can't be used for the area in PSP seeing as it takes place before the destruction of said city, but I didn't really want to go for 'Old Mellvore City' or 'Mellvore City Ruins' so I went with the more generic 'Ruined city.'
