- This item is account-bound, and thus cannot be dropped, traded or sold on the player market.
- Can be obtained by trading in the following items at Ice Crystal Exchange:
- Splendor Rose x1
- Killing Hearts x1
- Comes with a neutral attribute, but can inflict charm.
- This weapon features a unique visual effect in which numerous roses fly from the whip with each lash.
- This whip originally appeared as a card-type weapon in Phantasy Star Online Episode I&II.
