Part of the problem is that clicking the "edit" link that appears under the header for the template's warning, sends you to edit the template, not to edit the subsection of the talk page which it creates. * Ah, that makes sense.  I didn't even think about that.  >_<  I don't know how much of a solution it would be, but there's always the option of adding <nowiki>__NOEDITSECTION__</nowiki> to the template so that you have to use the page's edit button.  However, the downside of this is that it'll make every other section on the user's talk page non-editable. - [[User:EspioKaos|EspioKaos]] 15:01, 18 February 2009 (CST)
