Description

Dimmagolus is basically the Moatoob version of the boss [Onmagoug]. However Dimmagolus has some slightly different traits. Like Onmagoug though he does use a lot of the same attacks. The only attacks which is indentical to both is the use of using worm like creatures to stun you from beneath the ground and the throwing of rocks. The differences are:

(1) Dimmagolus is of Earth Element. (2) Instead of throwing Ollaka, Dimmagolus throws Jishigara. (3) The fireballs that Dimmagolus sends out are of Lightning element, getting hit by one of these may cause paralysis. (4) Like Onmagoug's lightning attack during (A and S-rank missions) Dimmagolus uses a Wind Release Attack.

  • FYI*- The Wind Release is the only extremely dangerous attack you must be careful of. Dimmagolus will usually use this attack right after stunning a player with the underground worm things. However this is when Dimmagolus' wings are exposed the most. When he uses the Wind Release he will fold his wings over his arms making them very easy to hit. The downside is that the Wind Release will hit everything close to and in front on him. The weakness to this attack is to stay directly behind him (This may not always guarantee your safety). Also getting continously hit by the Wind Release will infect a player with poison.
