Nanoblasts are a beast-only ability. They will allow beasts to transform SSJ style, presumably for enhanced combat abilities.
Currently, beasts can buy one of 5 tattoos at level 20 which lets them transform into nanoblast form. Some boost speed, some attack power, some defense power, some grant invincibility and so on.
