-<b>Diga</b> is an earth elemental TECHNIC.  It is a stone projectile that is launched in a parabolic arc in front of the caster.  As it increases in power, the projectile becomes larger, though it may become slightly more difficult to control.  It is a single target spell - it will only affect the first monster hit.
