AotI update
this page needs to be updated with the latest AotI info. I would gladly do it, but I am very busy with other projects right now...
- Or we could just delete this page, is it necessary at all? -Sekani 20:56, 9 February 2008 (CST)
- It does need a lot of work, but I think it is very much worthwhile. I still use it as a quick reference to find the highest mission my characters can get into based on current level. I propose we simply ditch the notable drops column, because it would be too much work to maintain (especially given AoI missions spitting out tons of rarz), and because the new mission article format covers all of that in good detail. If we drop that, adding more missions (and fixing the table, it's more than a little broken) should be relatively simple. --Qwerty 23:07, 9 February 2008 (CST)
- To be honest, I was questioning the necessity of this article as well, but if it's still being used, then I've got nothing against keeping it and cleaning it up. In fact, behold!

A few tweaks made. The notable drops column was removed as Qwerty suggested. Also, I've separated bosses from mini-bosses, as there are some missions now that have both. Elements have been changed to their respective icons. I think that's it. I still like the idea of color-coding missions by planet, but I'd like to make templates of each color for easier use. - EspioKaos 23:57, 9 February 2008 (CST)
- Looks nice. Only thing I can suggest would be to add a column (after enemy level?) for the version icon, just for the sake of clarity. I might work on this tomorrow if I have time. --Qwerty 00:02, 10 February 2008 (CST)
- Good idea. I added it to the example. - EspioKaos 00:08, 10 February 2008 (CST)
Sortable Table
Is it possible to make this table sortable so it can be sorted by enemy level, MP, etc. to make mission browsing easier? Example at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sortable_table Bilix 22:59, 25 May 2008 (CDT)
- That would be a pretty nifty feature. It might be possible, but I'm not entirely certain due to the use of rowspan commands (for the required level column on the left). In its current state, I imagine sorting the table would throw off the left column which could either break the table entirely or at least put the wrong requirements with the wrong missions. We'll have to play around with it at some point to see what we can do. - EspioKaos 23:08, 25 May 2008 (CDT)
- I tried getting this to work and considered putting a comment on the relevant talk page cause the issue hasn't been raised yet, but in the end refrained. It looks like we have an even more fundamental issue on hands here; the sortable tables simply don't seem to work at all, even when copy-pasting example code. Behold:
Name | Surname | Height |
---|---|---|
John | Smith | 1.85 |
Ron | Ray | 1.89 |
Mario | Bianchi | 1.72 |
Average: | 1.82 |
