Description
A massive dragon creature that can fly, trample, and breathe fire. Its head and wings are its weak points.
Interesting Fact: De Ragan is PSU's version of PSO's Dragon from the Forest stages. The name "De Ragan" is indeed an intentional pun.

When flying high above the ground, it cannot be meleed and a gun is required to hit it.
Here is a photo taken from its "death scene". The De Ragan is only incapacitated (according to the offline story) and will wake up!
