** Thanks for the info!  I was wondering about that.  The last word didn't make sense when I took it apart, since it would literally mean "multiple cloths."  Unless there's another meaning of ''nuno'' that I don't know and isn't listed in my dictionary.  <_<  Anyway, I'm with Mewn's suggestion.  Or maybe something a little shorter, like "Government Directive." - [[User:EspioKaos|EspioKaos]] 09:17, 8 August 2008 (CDT)

** Could be, I guess.  Just for kicks, I Googled 布達, but all I really came up with were Chinese sites.  So, I decided to run the word through a Chinese to English translator, and it came up with "proclamation."  With that in mind, "briefing" would make more sense. - [[User:EspioKaos|EspioKaos]] 20:12, 8 August 2008 (CDT)
