A general-use line shield made for the winter Mission Carnival. May have additional effects if used with other event items.

Has a set bonus when equipped with (Mukplasma) and Electro Heart.
This line shield will be available at the price of 30 Zonspheres from either Crystal Central during the Winter Mission Carnival, or from (Electric Festival) after the conclusion of the event.
This line shield will come with 20% lightning element
