Synth rate
- As those of you who frequent IRC may already know, I had originally planned to insert my Storm Line board into a level-0 PM to find out the minimum rate of success. You may also know that I screwed it up and raised the Armour on Ashley's PM before inserting the board. Bagleyboy informs me that as long as we know the success rate at a given level, we can figure out the minimum rate - but didn't say how.
