Just wanted to point out that you can unlearn your PAs (I believe this was added with ''AotI'', not sure) and the PA disc that's created from it will keep the level of the art. You can trade that art to another player and have them learn the moves from it, even at level 1 (provided the class they have doesn't cap the art's level). Didn't see this mentioned anywhere. - [[User:Mirai|Mirai]] (Sometime in the early AM, 28 January 2008 [EST]) |
* No problem. Welcome to the wiki! :D This is something that was added with ''AotI'', but just hasn't been added to the article. The entire article needs rewriting anyway, so once we get to that, we'll include that little bit of info. - [[User:EspioKaos|EspioKaos]] 12:23, 28 January 2008 (CST) | * No problem. PA Trading
Sorry I didn't post this in discussion before. I'm new to Wiki editing. Photon Arts Capitalization
As Miraglyth said, "Reference: The manual, page 9. "Arts" is capitalized." Amaury 20:07, 27 January 2008 (CST)
- And reference pretty much everywhere in-game, it's not capitalized there. - EspioKaos 20:09, 27 January 2008 (CST)
- Ah, I see. Thank you, EspioKaos. Amaury 20:10, 27 January 2008 (CST)
Skills, Bullets, and TECHNICS, oh my!
Been looking a bit at these pages lately, and some of the proposed redesigns for them. Just a question: why is there no uniformity at all between the three pages? As far as Skills go I'm personally kind of partial to this setup, which is nice, informative, and refreshingly simple. Then I go and see the TECHNICs page with all of its fancy colors, and one of the revisions like this one, and I thinking, "maybe this is a bit much?" I guess the point is, are the various types of PAs so different that they deserve description pages that are as different as night and day? -Sekani 09:10, 26 January 2008 (CST)
The tables themselves can't really be similar, as Skills, Bullets and TECHNICs are so operationally different (the only reason the existing versions are similar is because their information is somewhat lacking). It's arguably quite fitting that the actual content of the new designs is different in that respect. As to the presentation... that's probably not important yet. The priority is to get them finished, get them voted in and get them rolled out. - Miraglyth 16:03, 26 January 2008 (CST)
