A Hive creature that appears in the missions [[Dark Satellite]] and [[SEED Awakened]]. Dilnazen are bug-like bipedal forms with grey armor, luminous blue highlights, praying mantis claws and the face of a bug. It has the flinching  weakness (when struck with knockback and tossing attacks) like [[Jarba]], [[Bil De Vear]] and [[Kagajibari]].  Dilnazen use a long-range jump that knocks down anyone around it when it lands, or fling a mass of dark matter that can knock back any player struck by it. It also employs the same punching attack used by Jarba, De Vear and Jibari which can also knock down a player. Like De Vear, Dilnazen take half damage from ranged attacks making it hard for rangers and forces to kill it.

Dilnazen

It shares animation characteristics with Jarba, Bil De Vear and Kagajibari. It cannot be knocked prone, instead it flinches. Dilnazen can use a long-range jump that damages anyone near the landing site, fling a mass of dark matter, or punch. Its attacks generally knock players over. Dilnazen take half damage from ranged attacks making it hard for rangers and forces to kill it.
