Serafi Feather LV

- Nope, it is a "special drop" (meaning all levels). The other two special drops are Rappy Feather and Easter Egg. The "mid-level" drop is the board for Rabol Rappy. --Qwerty 22:26, 31 March 2007 (BST)

Edit: I have! According to the JP wiki, the Gaozoran Rod (synth material) drops only from LV20-29 Gaozoran, and so does the Rayharod! - Miraglyth 22:48, 31 March 2007 (BST)
