** Actually, on further inspection, all rods have "long staff" in their description. But why are bows called "longbows" anyway? I can't see any incidence of "long bow" in the game itself. - [[User:Miraglyth|Miraglyth]] 19:28, 21 January 2007 (CST) | ** Actually, on further inspection, all rods have "long staff" in their description. ** Taken from JP I believe (ロングボウ = Longbow), but on US they're just called 'Bows'. Personally I prefer Longbows, if only because 'Bow' can potentially be confused with Crossbow. Rods or Long Staffs?
- It's just hit me - the board for Howrods describes them as a "Long Staff", and other boards in particular also seem to describe this weapon as "Long Staff". For the same reasons that bows are really "Longbows", should this article be renamed? - Miraglyth 19:21, 21 January 2007 (CST)
