Daily Stamps are a type of currency (currently available only on the Japanese PC/PS2 servers) which can be collected from the Resident Security Department on the 3rd floor of Clyez City. Stamps can be used only at the Stamp Shop, an item exchange mission located in the same lobby, where they can be traded for exclusive items and even chances at a random lottery with even more unique and rare items.
