Feril/Cronos does not drop from Ethan. It drops from a box. I've seen the drop before. - Orius
* If Ethan is taken down in the center of the room where the boxes appear, I can see it causing some confusion over the source. For the first image, remember that no boxes appear in any of the corners of the room.
