View source for Meseta values

[[Items]] that can be bought and sold to NPCs for [[Meseta]] have Meseta values associated with them. These values seem to depend on both the item type, and the [[star rarity]] value. Items can be sold to NPCs for 5~50% of the price depending on the item type, but this does not apply to starting gear; which can only be sold for 4-5 Meseta a piece.
